The only prayer made by the petitioners in the present petition in the present petition is to direct the respondent No.2/Commissioner, Aligarh Division Aligarh to pass appropriate order on the stay application filed along with Appeal No.217 of 2026 (Computerized Case No.T202618000000217) expeditiously. 2. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that respondent No.2 will decide the aforesaid application expeditiously. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2/Commissioner, Aligarh Division Aligarh to decide the aforesaid stay application filed in the aforesaid appeal expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him but after providin
