The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the prayer to comply with the order dated 06.08.2025 passed by the respondent No.3/Assistant Collector Ist Grade/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Sadar District Mirzapur. 3. From perusal of the record, the Court is of the opinion that in case, the petitioner wants to comply with the aforesaid order, he should file appropriate application before the Court below for execution of the aforesaid order. 4.
