From perusal of the record it transpires that aforesaid proceedings were initiated in the year 2026 itself. It further reveals that immediately after filing of the aforesaid proceedings, the petitioner who is the respondent in the aforesaid case has come up before this Court with the prayer to decide the same, expeditiously which was executed from the first time on 12.01.2026. 2. In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that this is not a fit case for the grant of interim relief as prayed for. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. 4. After the aforesaid order was passed, a prayer has been made by the counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present writ petition as not pressed. 5.
