The only prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the Respondent No.1 namely Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Handia, District Prayagraj to decide the Case No.8647 of 2022, Computerized Case No.T202202030408647 (Phoolpatti Devi vs. Ajay Kumar and others), Under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated period. 4. Heard counsel for the parties. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the Respondent No.1 namely Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Handia, District Prayagraj, to decide the aforesaid case in accord
