The basic relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition is to direct the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sadar Jaunpur to decide Original Suit No.335 of 1994 (Mohd. Mansoor Khan Vs. Abdul Waka and others) expeditiously. 4. The matter is pending before the respondent No.2 since long and considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 5.
