The instant writ petition has been preferred seeking a writ of mandamus restraining respondent No. 3, Greater Noida, through its Chief Executive Officer, from demolishing and taking possession of the petitioners' land bearing Khasra No. 252M, admeasuring 0.2530 hectare, situated in Village Thapkheda, Pargana and Tehsil Dadri, District Gautam Budh Nagar.
