The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the following prayer :- "a) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the respondent no. 2 and 3 not to interfere into the peaceful possession over the Gata No. 291 area 0.121 hectares situated in Village Narkataha, Tehsil Nautanwan, District Maharajganj nor threatened him for the same." 2. From perusal of the record, it is evident that the relief sought cannot be granted by this Court in exercise of its jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Accordingly, the petition is liable to be dismissed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of respondent nos. 2 and 3, he shall be at liberty to avail such alternative remedies as may be available to him under law. 3.
