The only prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the Respondent No.3 namely Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Iglas, District Aligarh to pass appropriate orders on the application dated 01.12.2025, copy of which is appended as Annexure-5 to the writ petition. 2. It is argued that the aforesaid application has been filed under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. A report submitted on the aforesaid application by the Revenue Authority is also appended along-with the writ petition (page-53 to the paper book). 3.
