Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead Additional Commissioner, 3rd, Saharanpur Division, Saharanpur as respondent no.9 in the array of parties during course of the day. 2. The order dated 18.11.2025 passed by the newly added respondent no.9 under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is under challenge in the present writ petition. By the aforesaid order matter has been remanded back before the respondent no.4-Sub Divisional Officer (Judicial), Tehsil & District Shamli. 3. After some arguements counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer and prayed that respondent no.4 before whom matter has been remanded back by the respondent no.9 be directed to decide the same expeditiously. 4. This prayer has not been opposed by learned Standing Counsel. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, without interfering with the order dated
