Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondent no.10 and perused the records. 2. The order dated 13.09.2024 passed by respondent no.2- Collector/District Magistrate, Ghazipur in Case No.0063 of 2018 in the proceedings under Section 128 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is under challenge in the present writ petition. 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by counsel for the respondents that against the aforesaid order statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioner to initiate the proceedings under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 as per sub-section (4) of Section 128 of the Code, 2006. 4. In view of the same, present writ petition is dismissed on the ground of statutory alternative remedy available to the petitioners. (Prakash Padia,J.) Mar
