The application dated 12.08.2025 was submitted by the petitioner before the respondent no.3-Tehsildar, Tehsil-Shahbad, District Rampur for mutation of their names in the revenue records pursuant to the lease granted in their favour by their father 40 years back. 2. A complete procedure has been prescribed under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for mutation. 3. In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that no relief could be granted to the petitioner. 4. The writ petition is dismissed. (Prakash Padia,J.)
