Revenue Code, 2006 is under challenge in the present writ petition. 2. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel as well as by Sri K. K. Singh, learned counsel for the respondents that against the aforesaid order statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioner to approach the competent authority as provided under sub- section (4) of Section 128 of the Code, 2006. 3.
