The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to quash the impugned order dated 07.12.2023 passed by respondent no.2-Additional District Magistrate, Administration, District Azamgarh in Case No.271 of 2023, Computerized Case No.D202315060000271 as well as order dated 03.12.2022 passed by respondent no.3-Tehsildar/Assistant Collector, Tehsil-Phoolpur, District Azamgarh in Case No. 1547 of 2016, Computerized Case No.T20161506031547. 3. Apart from various other arguements, one of the arguments has been raised by counsel for the petitioner that aforesaid orders were passed in complete violation of the procedure prescribed in para-74 passed in the case of Rishipal Singh and others Vs. State of U.P. and others r
