Court No. - 6 HON'BLE PRAKASH PADIA, J. 1. The proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was initiated against the petitioner, which was registered as Case No.2249 of 2016. In the said proceedings an ex-parte order of eviction and damages to the extent of Rs.7,56,000/- has been passed by the respondent no.4- Tehsildar (Judicial)/Assistant Collector (First Class), Sadar, District Ghazipur on 03.09.2022. Aggrieved against the aforesaid restoration application was filed by the petitioner, which was allowed by the respondent no.4 vide order dated 20.12.2024. It is stated in the aforesaid order that since illegal encroachment has already been removed by the petitioner hence no further order of eviction is required to be passed.
