The order dated 13.09.2024 passed by respondent no.2- Collector/District Magistrate, Ghazipur in Case No.00545 of 2018 in the proceedings under Section 128 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is under challenge in the present writ petition. 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by counsel for the respondents that against the aforesaid order statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioners to initiate the proceedings under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 as per sub-section (4) of Section 128 of the Code, 2006. 4.
