Asha Devi) pending in the Court of Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court-II, Deoria, filed under Section 12-C(6) of the U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947 and the orders dated 12.05.2025; 20.08.2025 and 03.01.2026, passed in it. 3.
