This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, wherein the petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection of the petitioner's claim under Mukhymantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojana by an order dated 03.06.2025 passed by respondent No.2 on the ground that the petitioner had made his claim belatedly after a period of 449 days. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner relies upon the judgement passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Smt. Sarvesh Devi Vs.
