By means of the present writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in their peaceful marital life and also for a direction to provide protection. 3. Pursuant to earlier order dated 16.02.2026, learned Standing Counsel has produced instructions which are taken on record. Based on instructions, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that no F.I.R. was lodged by the respondent no. 4 in respect of marriage of the petitioners.
