In view of the order proposed to be passed notices need not to be issued to the respondent no.6. 3. The order dated 19.11.2025 passed by respondent no.2-Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj is under challenge in the present writ petition. By the aforesaid order the application for grant of interim relief dated 15.07.2025 was rejected. 4. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that against the aforesaid order statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioner to file an application as provided under Section 210 of the U.P.
