In the proceedings initiated by the petitioners under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 an order was passed in his favour by the Tehsildar, Robertsganj on 25.11.2016. Aggrieved against the aforesaid an appeal was filed by the private respondents before the respondent no.3-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Obra, Sonbhadra as provided under U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. In the said appeal the order dated 25.11.2016 was set aside and the matter was remanded back to the Tehsildar. Aggrieved against the aforesaid petitioners preferred revision being Revision No.124 of 2023, Computerized No.C202316000000124 as provided under Section 219 of the Act, 1901, which was also rejected by the respondent no.2- Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Vindhyachal Mandal, Mirzapur vide order dated 30.10.2024. Aggrieved against the aforesaid petitioners has preferred present writ petition. 2. Though
