The order dated 10.06.2025 passed by the respondent no.3-Sub Divisional Officer, Handia, Prayagraj in the proceedings initiated by the respondent no.7-Vinok Kumar under Section 38(1) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 as well as consequential order dated 17.01.2026 passed by the respondent no.3 in the proceedings initiated under Section 104/105 of the Code, 2006 are under challenge in the present writ petition. 2. It is admitted between the counsel for the parties present that against the order dated 10.06.2025 passed by the respondent no.3 in the proceedings under Section 38(1) of the Code, 2006 statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioner to file an appeal as provided under sub-section (4) of Section 30 of the Code, 2006. 3. In this view of the matter, present writ petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of statutory alternative remedy available to the petitioner. (Prakash P
