The aforesaid revision was admitted after condoning the delay and the notices were issued to the opposite parties fixing 04.12.2025. 2. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that the application for grant of interim relief is still pending consideration hence present writ petition. 3. On the other hand it is argued by learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State that respondent no.2 will take a decision in the aforesaid application expeditiously. 4.
