The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to quash the impugned order dated 22.09.2025 passed by respondent no.2- District Magistrate/Collector, Bareilly in Appeal No.1340 of 2025 as well as order dated 29.03.2025 passed by respondent no.3-Tehsildar, Tehsil & District Bareilly in Case No.7938 of 2022. 3. Apart from various other arguements, one of the arguments has been raised by counsel for the petitioner that aforesaid orders were passed in complete violation of the procedure prescribed in para-74 passed in the case of Rishipal Singh and others Vs.
