The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to quash the impugned order dated 22.09.2025 passed by respondent no.2/District Magistrate, Bareilly in Appeal No.1339 of 2025 as well as order dated 29.03.2025 passed by respondent no.3-Tehsildar, Bareilly District Bareilly in Case No.7923 of 2022. 3.
