The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to quash the impugned order dated 13.10.2025 passed by respondent no.2/District Magistrate, Siddharthnagar in Appeal No.610 of 2025 as well as order dated 11.12.2024 passed by respondent no.3- Tehsildar, Bansi District Siddharthnagar in Case No.4732 of 2024. 3.
