Revenue Code, 2006 is under challenge. 2. A preliminary objection has been raised by the learned Standing Counsel that against the aforesaid order, statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioner to file first appeal before the Commissioner as per the 3rd schedule contained in the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of statutory alternative remedy. (Prakash Padia,J.)
