The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to direct the authorities to decide the representation dated 15.01.2026 submitted by the petitioner. 2. It is argued that in the proceedings initiated by the petitioner under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, an order was passed in his favour on 15.10.2020. 3. Inspite of the aforesaid, the private-respondents be directed to boundary marked raised pursuant to the aforesaid order. 4. In this view of the matter, the representation has been submitted by the petitioner but till date no decision has been taken, hence the present writ petition. 5.
