It is argued that inspite of the fact that lease for plantation was granted in favour of the petitioners in the year 2014 to 2019 but names were not entered in the revenue records. Hence, an application was filed by the petitioners before the Respondent No.3 for mutation of their names in the revenue records. 2. It is argued that though an application in this regard was submitted by the petitioners on 10.10.2025 but till date no decision has been taken, hence the present writ petition. 3. On the other hand, it is argued by the learned Standing Counsel that in case the petitioners submit the fresh representation, the respondent no.3 will take a decision on the same, expeditiously. 4.
