The petitioner has challenged the show cause notice dated 25.03.2026 issued by the In-charge Officer, Parking, Nagar Nigam, Lucknow to the petitioner asking him to show cause with regard to certain deficiencies noticed in a surprise inspection held on 24.03.2026 at the parking lot allotted to it in January, 2026 and proposing a penalty of Rs. 10,00,000/-. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as regards the deficiencies, the same would be responded but so far as proposition of Rs. 10,00,000/- as punishment, the same is beyond the terms and conditions of the tender and the law on this subject. 4.
