The present writ petition has been filed, challenging an order dated 03.02.2026, whereby the appeal preferred by the petitioner under Rule 59 of the U.P. Revenue Code Rules has been dismissed. 4. The facts in brief are that the petitioner was allotted a fisheries lease in accordance with the mandate of Rule 58 of the U.P. Revenue Code Rules.
