This writ petition has been filed for the following main relief(s): "a. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties, more especially the opposite party no.2, to renew the passport of the petitioner, which is pending before him for renewal since 15.02.2026, and the same will be expired on 04.04.2026, contained as Annexure No.1 to this writ petition." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter may be disposed of in light of the judgment passed by Division Bench of this Court in Pawan Kumar Rajbhar versus Union of India
