The petitioner who is a minor student and was taking education in Dev Sports Public School at Prayagraj, with the intention of seeking admission in the respondent no.4 institution he had made an application for admission in Class IX for the academic year 2025-26. 3. In so far as admission in the respondent no.4 institution in Class IXth for the academic year 2025-26 is concerned, there are certain age criterion for which the petitioner had to undergo age verification test. Upon the age determination test, the petitioner was found to be over age. 4
