Present writ petition has been filed inter-alia for the following relief:- "A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos.2 and 3 to decide the petitioner's application/representation dated 11.3.2022 within a stipulated time in accordance with law." 2. Vide order dated 10.2.2026, learned Standing Counsel was granted time to seek instructions. Till date, no instruction has been provided. 3. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are directed to submit a fresh application ventilating their grievances before respondent Nos. 3 namely, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Bidhuna, District Auraiya and if such an application is filed within three weeks from today, necessary decision be taken by the respondent no.3 within next two months. 4.
