By means of the instant petition, the petitioners have challenged the validity of an order dated 27.01.2025. passed by the Controlling Authority, Payment of Gratuity Act 1972 cum Assistant Labour Commissioner in P.G. Case No.418 of 2022 holding that the opposite party No.2 is entitled to receive gratuity by including his entire service, including the service rendered since his initial appointment on 27.03.1985 as daily wager, till his regularization on 13.04.2011.
