The order dated 1.3.2012 in Case No. 134 of 2009-10 (Ram Das vs. Sabhajeet and others) in respect of plot No. 116, Rakwa 5.310 hectare, situated at Mauza Barethi, Tehsil, Pargana and District Banda was passed in favour of the petitioner by the respondent No.3 in the proceedings initiated under Section 41 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 and Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. Against the aforesaid order, statutory appeal as provided under Section 210 of U.P. Land Revenue Act was filed by one Anjani Kumar & others, which was dismissed by respondent no.1- Additional Commissioner(First), Chitrakoot Dham Mandal, Tehsil Banda, District Banda vide order dated 10.10.2022. 2.
