The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the prayer to comply with the order dated 15.6.2024 passed by the respondent No.- 3/ U.P. Ziladhikari Chunar, District Hamirpur in the proceeding under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the proceedings under Section 24(2) of the U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 by the petitioner which was numbered as Case No.- RST/613/2023 (Computerized Case No.T202307320100613 ) before the respondent No. 3 in which order dated 15.62024 has been passed in favour petitioner. It is argued that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date the aforesaid order has not been complied. 4.
