In terms of the direction given by this Court on 30.03.2026, two affidavits have been filed which are taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners; Shri Pritish Kumar, learned AAG assisted by learned ACSC for respondent nos.1 & 2/State; Shri Mohan Singh, learned counsel for respondent nos.3 & 4 and Shri Shankar Lal Pandey, learned counsel for respondent no.5. 3. Present petition arises out of an order passed on 21.02.2026 which is impugned. The said order was passed by respondent no.2. 4. Facts, in brief, are that the petitioners claim that the property in dispute being New Gata No.1628/0.139 hectare was recorded in the name of ancestors of the petitioners, however, during consolidation proceedings, the property owned by the ancestors came to be wrongly recorded in the records for which a declaratory suit was filed by th
