This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection of the petitioner's claim under the Mukhymantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojana by an order dated 16.01.2026 passed by the respondent No.2 on the ground that the petitioner had made his claim belatedly. 3.
