This writ petition has been filed for the following main relief (s): "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing to the Respondent No.2 and 3 to take appropriate action upon the application filed by the petitioner for re-issue of his passport and issue a passport in favour of the petitioner, within stipulated time period." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter may be disposed of in light of the judgment passed by Division Bench of this Court in Pawan Kumar Rajbhar versus Union of India and 2 others; Writ-C No.41540 of 2023 : Neutral Citation No.- 2024:AHC:9963-DB. He further submits that an F.I.R.
