The instant writ petition has been filed praying inter alia for the following relief: "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to record the name of petitioner over their Bhumidhari land Arazi no.141 which was reported by Lekhpal (Annexure No.7); ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Commiss
