Against the order dated 27.02.2026 passed by the Respondent No.2 namely Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil, Loni, District Ghaziabad, statutory appeal as provided under Section 207 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was preferred by the petitioner which is pending consideration before the Respondent No.3 namely Additional Commissioner, Meerut Division, Meerut. 2. The aforesaid appeal was numbered as Case No.452 of 2026, Computerized Case No.TC202611000000452. The aforesaid appeal was admitted, records of the court below were summoned fixing 06.04.2026. 3. It is argued that though along-with the aforesaid appeal, application for the grant of interim relief was filed on 06.03.2026 but no order was passed on the aforesaid application. It is further argued that in case interim protection could not be granted by the respondent no.3, the petitioner will suffer irreparable loss by the order dated 27.02.2026 which is under challenge.
