Heard Sri Tripathi B.G. Bhai, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri B.S. Chauhan, learned counsel for the respondents no. 1 to 6 and Sri Pankaj Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the respondent no.7. 2. The present petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 24.02.2026 passed by the respondent no.2 along with the enquiry report dated 29.09.2025 passed by the District Magistrate, Sant Kabir Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that one Sri Satya Prakash, son of Lok Nath, made a complaint without an affidavit, pursuant to which an Enquiry was conducted and a report was submitted on 25.05.2025. Thereafter, another complaint was made in a similar fashion on 05.07.2025, and a report was submitted on 18.07.2025. Subsequently, the contents of the complaints dated 21.04.2025 and 05.07.2025 were combined, and
