When the present writ petition came up before this Court, it was ordered to be connected with Writ-C No. 2825 of 2014. 2. Writ-C No. 2825 of 2014 was listed before a Coordinate Bench on 04.02.2026 when the Court came to the conclusion that it appears that the cause of action has become stale and the writ petition has been rendered infructuous by efflux of time and, consequently, the writ petition was dismissed as infructuous. Further, liberty was granted that in case any issue survives, application for recalling of the order within six weeks could be moved. 3. As the present matter apparently is identical to Writ-C No. 2825 of 2014 and, therefore, the same was ordered to be tagged with the said writ petition and Writ-C No. 2825 of 2014 has been dismissed as infructuous, reserving the same liberty as granted in
