By means of this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner challenges common order dated 22.04.2022 passed by District Magistrate, Prayagraj, whereby claims relating to many deceased persons under 'Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatana Kalyan Yojana' were decided, however, the petitioner was aggrieved only to the extent that his claim arising out of death of wife, Smt. Manisha Devi, had been rejected.
