By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "(A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent no. 3 i.e. Additional District Magistrate (Finance & Revenue), Prayagraj to decide the cases of the petitioner Financial Institution mentioned in paragraph no. 10 of the writ petition filed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 expeditiously within a period to be determined by this Hon'ble Court." 3.
