The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has assailed the No Objection Certificate issued by the District Magistrate, Jhansi in favour of respondent no.4 and rejection order dated 18.09.2024 passed by respondent no.3 whereby candidature of the petitioner has been rejected. 3. The record reveals that petitioner has earlier approached this Court by filing Writ-C No.330 of 2026 in which this Court has passed the following order on 12.01.2026:- "1. Heard Sri N.C.
