By means of present writ petition, the petitioners are challenging the orders dated 21.11.2000 and 25.05.1999 passed by respondent Nos.1 & 2 and proceeding under Section 198(4) of U.P. ZA&LR Act pending before respondent No.2. 3. Factual matrix of the case is that a lease was granted to the petitioners of plot No.327 M. The Land Management Committee passed a resolution to this effect and the approval was also granted by the SDO to the lease granted on 02.08.1989.
