This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking following relief: "I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to expeditiously decide the Appeal No.965 (Ajay Kumar Vs. Dharmnath and others) U/s 11 of UPCH Act within a short time bound period as may be determined by this Hon'ble Court under the facts and circumstances of the case." 3. It has been submitted that the aforesaid matter is pending consideration for a substantial period of time; however, no efforts are being made to get the same decided expeditiously. 4.
