This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking following relief: "A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No. 2- Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Jaunpur to decide the appeal no. 1091, Computerized Case No. 202554143600001091 (Indrajeet versus Dasai), under Section 11(1) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act within stipulated period." 3. It has been submitted that the aforesaid matter is pending consideration for a substantial period of time; however, no efforts are being made to get the same decided expeditiously. 4.
