The instant petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondent no.1/ Board of Revenue, U.P. at Allahabad to decide the revision no.REV/1610 /2022, Computerized Case No.AL20221506001610 (Sumit Singh vs. Nayab Tahsildar, Mubarakpur, Tahsil- Sadar, District-Azamgarh and others), under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the revision filed by respondent no.3 impleading the petitioner as opposite party is pending before respondent no.1/ Board of Revenue, U.P. at Prayagraj since 2022.
